Quality policy

 

The quality policies of Jun Hong Company are described as below:

⬛ CUSTOMER SATISFACTION：
We provide products and services to satisfy customers through continuous improvement of the Q (quality), C (cost) and D (delivery).
 
⬛ QUALITY FIRST：
We increase quality awareness by educating all employees and put it into the operation of quality control for achieving our first quality.
 
⬛ RESEARCH AND INNOVATION ：
We encourage the employees to do innovation and actively working in R&D to break through our current technology for making better products.

 

 

Therefore, Jun Hong Company emphasizes:

1. All employees must follow ISO 9001, and the quality management system established by the company to provide the products in compliance with the relevant laws & regulations that meet customers' requirements, and stakeholders' demand and expectations.
 
2. Continuously improving the quality of the processes, products and services to satisfy customer needs, and further creating the interests of the company and stakeholders. Therefore, we set the quality goals that are specific and measurable, and continuously improve our quality management system to deliver the products from which our customers drive more satisfaction.
 
3. We are the professional design and factory of manufacturing optoelectronic components, anticipating that we are able to provide our products and services with reasonable prices and high-quality to make our customers " buying and using them without hesitation" and taking it as a reviewing index for our quality management performance.
 
4. Complying with the relevant laws  or regulations, commitments to customer, and consumer protection, which are related to the manufacturing and service of this industry.
 
5. In order to fulfill the above-mentioned requirements, we set the quality goals and encourage all employees to actively solve the problems, reduce the risks, and integrate internal and external environmental change factors into our quality management system to ensure the effectiveness of working quality management system and the manufacturing of high quality products.
